Hand-tighten all cable connections to make sure they're not loose. If using an HDMI cable to connect the Flex Boxes to the TV, confirm that it’s plugged into the proper locations. Confirm that the TV is set to the proper input. So I am going to try to disconnect my box from my router by pressing the WPS button on the bottom of my TV box and router to see if that works

Are you still having issues with your equipment?The issue with the flex box was a known issue that our engineers did work on and resolved. Please let us know if you are still having issues with your equipment. I no longer work for Comcast. We are not able to get our flex to connect to our Wi-Fi. However, our Wi-Fi is fine for all the other devices. When I click try again, it does nothing.

Hello, @user_aef563.This was a known issue and our engineers made some adjustments. They recommended removing the device from power for about 20 seconds and then plug it back in.We are not able to get our flex to connect to our Wi-Fi. However, our Wi-Fi is fine for all the other devices. Trying to enter network settings with a brand new remote, fresh batteries and the enter/select button does not respond to select confirm on the second screen. Very easy to select cancel so its not the batteries. Getting a live person at Comcast is the most frustrating thing ever.
